A Sunday evening Reset & Recharge in September

A very poignant time of year to take this kind of practise, a moment where Nature is seeing a kind of changing of the guard, we're shedding the season behind us and embracing the one ahead. Poised somewhere in the middle space not quite one or the other the perfect moment to simply be present with our selves.

Restorative & Yin Yoga, Meditation, Gentle Breathwork this practise is a holistic one which is aimed at all of our ‘bodies’ the physical body of course but also the emotional body, the energetic body and the mind - these different internal experiences that come together to form our inner landscape. We tap into the magic that exists in the present moment when we bring all of these different facets of ourself into a harmonious state. We move through the body, we process emotions found within the body, we sooth the mind and replenish the energy systems by dropping into a deep, healing relaxation. Allowing us to enter into those altered states of consciousness, dream like quality of thoughts, awake and in the present moment yet simultaneously journeying deep inward sailing on the current of the inhale and the exhale. 

This type of practise is incredibly restful and rejuvenating. Absolutely everyone can benefit from a night of internal retreat. Suitable for all levels inc Pregnancy (some alternative options and modifications will be provided.)

This event will take place at a location near the centre of Tynemouth (full information about the location will be shared upon booking but feel free to message me about it if you have any questions.)

As usual an online option is available for anyone who is too far to travel or who just prefers to stay cosy at home (a recording of this will be available if you can’t make the live timing.)
