Deep Relaxation Script NSDR 08 - Mantra Meditation
This is a guided audio piece meant as a Meditation which can be taken seated or laying down. A Mantra Meditation to help us to focus our mind and find a moment of respite from the whirling of thoughts rushing around in our head. The recording could also simply be used to help you cultivate a very deep state of relaxation. That deep relaxation either aiding us in falling asleep or as an NSDR (None Sleep Deep Rest State) which you can use to replace lost sleep during the day or to simply reset the mind for more clarity and creativity in the thinking.
“Justin Sullivan/Getty Images. Google CEO Sundar Pichai recently told the Wall Street Journal he uses non-sleep deep rest, or NSDR, to relax. NSDR involves "self-inducing a state of calm" and "directing our focus to something." It can help with sleep, stress, anxiety, relaxation, and even learning.”
